📊 OT Calculation Formula

Hourly Rate = Basic ÷ (Working Days × 8 hrs)
OT Amount = OT Hours × Hourly Rate × Rate Multiplier

Example:
Basic = ₹30,000 | Working Days = 22
Hourly Rate = ₹30,000 ÷ (22×8) = ₹170.45/hr
OT = 3.23 hrs × ₹170.45 × 1.5 = ₹827.03

💡 Smart Detection: OT is calculated only when employee stays beyond shift end time and works more than the minimum threshold (default 30 minutes).
Loss of Pay Explained
Smart Leave → Salary Integration

When an employee exhausts all paid leaves, AttendPro automatically handles Loss of Pay deduction in the monthly payslip.

Employee has used all 12 Sick Leave days. System shows EXHAUSTED and disables that option in the dropdown.

2️⃣

Choose Loss of Pay

Employee selects Loss of Pay (365 days/yr). Admin approves. The absent days are tracked separately as LOP days.

3️⃣

Automatic Deduction

Payslip generated with LOP:
₹65,000 × (20÷22) = ₹59,090
Salary reduced proportionally for LOP days.

Example Calculation

₹65,000 gross × (20 present ÷ 22 working days) - ₹9,750 deductions = ₹49,340 net pay
